Food tasted without spices. Whether french fries, sauce or the burger. Once was enough. Over 2 hours of waiting. no thanks

In the past, we often and gladly ordered here and also ate on site and wanted to try it again after a long time. I was wondering why the ratings on Lieferando and here got worse and worse, but the reason was impressively demonstrated to me today. I ordered by phone (even in the past something was almost always wrong when ordering by phone, but we happily overlooked it due to the quality and friendliness of the staff) and was told on the phone that delivery would take at least an hour, rather longer . So far no problem, we are happy to wait. After exactly 30 minutes, the supplier is at the door, one of the people for whom the meal was, was not even at home due to the originally stated delivery time. One could have overlooked that too, but then I recalculated the prices because the amount seemed a bit high to me despite the high prices and it turned out that I was being overcharged. The delivery man came back and handed me his cell phone with the boss on the line, to whom I was supposed to explain the situation. I have communicated in a completely normal and appropriate manner that I have been overcharged and that I don't necessarily find it cheap to come so much too early. In response, I was told that I shouldn't get so upset if the food is there 10 minutes earlier, the food would be so great and you wouldn't understand that you get upset about something like that. Not a word of apology about the overcharged money and instead reproach the customer for not keeping your information, everything wrongly done on the spot. The "great food" was okay, but not as good as it used to be for a long time and against this background it doesn't taste good anyway. The bottom line is that the boss has proven twice that he can't count and there are much better burgers in the area for much less money and they are prepared by much friendlier staff. If I had recommended it to everyone two years ago, now do yourself a favor and save yourself the attempt!

Ordered by Lieferando, delivery was faster than advertised and the driver was friendly. The food tasted very good, but unfortunately the hot dog was without bacon. But it is to be got over when you consider that there have to be tons of orders every day. I will order here again!

Hot food when you arrive at home, even without a thermal transport box, quick pick-up possible. The price for what you get is ABSOLUTELY reasonable. Even with coupons you can get enough for your money here. There was a friendly response on the phone when asked for a recommendation. I was completely satisfied with the choice made. It really tasted great. Even after all these restrictions, I'll come by in person and I'll keep ordering at regular intervals.

Something is missing from every order. It doesn't matter whether we pick up the food or order it. Delivery hero # QIT3GU This time the sweet potato fries were missing. If you make amends, the one star might turn into 3 or 4. If it doesn't happen anyway, money will be paid for free again. The food tastes very good, but the service and delivery are abysmal.

Very good food and super friendly conditions, respond to the wishes of the customers! On the first impression from the outside of the restaurant, I was a bit skeptical. After the visit, all concerns were gone. Price performance therefore 5 stars!

The place is also beautiful but not what I expect from a Route 66, very small and little cared for in Route 66. The food can be very good and well prepared, a little poor in the details but it is good for a quick and good meal

very nice no restaurant with a great menu. No overpriced prices. I had a hot dog. is the recommended one. Also I was recommended by the service a first-class dip. Route 66 is definitely worth a visit.

The best burger place in Deutschland. I'm American and it didn't disappoint. Food was amazing and the staff could not have been better. Food portions were perfect, atmosphere was amazing, the food was just delicious, well prepared and served quickly and the staff was friendly, polite and they made it a pleasure to be there. I am looking forward to the next time we go. My husband and I went with my father in law and 2 children, 3 and 9. A great family place.
